  • Checking in and evaluating successes and struggles

Restorative Conferencing – Work with team to restore relationships

  • Meet with administration/teacher to evaluate the issue

  • Meet and discuss process with all stakeholders

  • Establish script to be used and share with all stakeholders

  • Conduct the Circle to establish contract to repair the harm

  • Check in on progress of expectations
